COVID-19 cases fall over last two weeks

Barbados recorded 377 more COVID-19 cases from 1 248 tests between June 24 and July 7.

This represents a decrease over the previous two-week period where the country recorded 419 cases.

The majority of people, 344, were 18 years and over and six died, raising the total deaths to 612.

Five people were hospitalised over the period.

Overall, Barbados has recorded 109 276 cases, comprising 49 250 men and 60 026 women. (PR/SAT)
