Blake Thompson and Daniel Ullyett will renew their battle for the Sectus Technologies Barbados Karting Association (BKA) Championship today when the BKA returns to Bushy Park after a six-week break.

Just five points separate leader Thompson (242) from two-time champion driver Ullyett (237) ahead of the season’s fourth raceday.

Their battle for the overall title is also that for the 100cc Easykart Juniors, with Raizer Stoute third in class – he is also third overall on 223 points – and Donche Blackman fourth.

Ullyett, Stoute and Blackman represented Barbados in the 2023 Caribbean Junior Karting Academy Trophy at the Palisadoes International Raceway in Jamaica last month, in which Stoute was the highest-placed BKA driver. (PR)
