Man on nine charges

A 29-year-old St Michael man was scheduled to appear in court today after being charged with nine offences between October 12 and 22.

He is David Nathaniel Lynch, 29 years, of Rogers Road, The Ivy.

Lynch was scheduled to appear before Magistrate Burke in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court.

He is facing the following charges:

  • Unlawful Possession of a Firearm (9mm pistol) – 12 October 2023 (Lower Estate, St George)
  • Unlawful Possession of a Firearm – 22 October 2023 (Lower Estate)
  • Unlawful Possession of Ammunition – 22 October 2023 (Lower Estate)
  • Serious Bodily Harm – 12 October 2023 (Evan Jordan) The Ivy
  • Assaulting Police Sergeant in the Execution of his duty – 22 October 2023
  • Resisting Police Sergeant in the Execution of his duty – 22 October 2023
  • Assaulting Police Constable in the Execution of his duty – 22 October 2023
  • Resisting Police Constable in the Execution of his duty – 22 October 2023
  • Resisting Police Constable in the Execution of his duty – 22 October 2023 (PR/SAT)
