Classes for Luther Thorne Memorial Primary School will be conducted online on Monday December 11, 2023.
“The work undertaken to correct the issues identified by the staff at the school has been completed, but the rooms are now to be industrially cleaned, in time for students and teachers to return on Tuesday December 12, 2023,” the Ministry of Education Technological and Vocational Training said in a media release.
This is the third consecutive day the school will remain closed.
Luther Thorne Memorial was closed last Thursday and Friday after the Parent Teacher Association identified environmental and structural issues at the school. (PR/SAT)
