St Andrew duo remanded to Dodds with co-accused

Two of the four men charged in connection with the death of Dominick Cadogan appeared in the District “D” Magistrates Court on Thursday.

Jovanni Dmitri Orlando Marshall, 19 years, of Chalky Mount, St Andrew, one of three charged with murder; and Kelvin Jamal Marshall, 39, of Chalky Mount, St Andrew, charged with conspiracy to kill, were both remanded to Dodds Prison.

They are scheduled to reappear on January 8, 2024.

The other two charged with murder, Rico Carlos Bovell, 28 years, of Niles Road, Waterhall Land, Eagle Hall, St Michael; and Trinidad national Tarik Gyasi Wickham, 25 years, of LP42 Lady Young Road, Morvant, were already on remand.

Cadogan, 20, formerly of Country Park Towers, Country Road, St Michael was reported missing on October 15. (PR/SAT)
