“Admiral” back in Barbados

Radio announcer Anthony “Admiral” Nelson returned to Barbados last night, out on a bond after being charged in the Miami, Florida with battery in a case of domestic violence. 

Nelson, who is alleged to have struck a woman, arrived around 10 p.m. and was met by a group that included attorney Michael Lashley, KC. 

The Miami-Dade County and Corrections and Rehabilitation website shows that Nelson, 61, who appeared in court via zoom on Saturday, was granted US$3 000 bail. 

The Corrections and Rehabilitation facility posted, alongside Nelson’s photograph, that he was booked on the charge in relation to domestic violence on Friday around 6:01 p.m. (AC
