Police are seeking help in locating Orsan DeFreitas, 76, of #15 Clapham Park, St Michael. He has not been seen or heard from since 11 a.m. on Friday, January 5, 2024 .
DeFreitas is about five feet tall, slim with a brown complexion. He has an oval head with a big nose and dropping shoulders. He has grey hair with a beard and moustache and speaks with a soft voice.
He was wearing a white three-quarter pants with a polo horse on the front, a black T-shirt with Nike tracks, navy blue crocs and an orange peak cap. DeFreitas, an outpatient at the Psychiatric Hospital, is in the habit of leaving home for long periods and usually frequents Nelson Street and Reed Street inThe City.
