Residents of some St Lucy, St Andrew and St Peter districts may experience low pressure or water outages as a crew from the Barbados Water Authority (BWA) conducts repairs to a burst main at Baltic, Boscobelle, St Peter.

In order to facilitate this, pumping from one of the stations has been stopped.

Customers in the following areas may be affected while the repairs are under way:

Centipede Alley, Mount Gay Village, Cave Hill, Baltic, Date Tree Hill, Lamberts, Oxford, Risk, Collins, Forster Fun Land, Boscobelle, Hurley’s Road, Hurley’s Close,  Airview and surrounding areas.

The BWA says it will make every effort to assist residents with water tankers as a temporary measure and will update customers once repairs are complete.

The Authority apologises for any inconvenience this service disruption may cause. (PR/KNB)
