The eyes of the world will once again be on these shores as the famous Soup Bowl in Bathsheba, St Joseph, will host hundreds of surfers from around the world from March 18 to 24 for the highly professional World Surf League (WSL) events.

During the official launch of the Live Like Zander Junior Pro in memory of Zander Venezia and the Barbados Surf Pro Qualifying Series (QS) 5000 presented by Diamonds International at the office of Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc. According to Venezia, there are 246 confirmed entries for this year—168 men and 78 women and the winners will receive $10, 000 each.
