  1. It’s about time something is done with these motorists.
And taking away their motorcycles isn’t enough.
Stiffer penalties need applying to these people otherwise they wouldn’t get it.
If you asked me what I suggest? I have no clue because I don’t have the credentials.
I do have commonsense though and know when enough is enough.
How long will these people accept this foolishness from these IDIOTS?
When the tourists decide to go elsewhere on vacation or the island becomes like Haiti?

    • I am in total agreement with \you until your last Linewhich reads “Quote’ When the tourists decide to go elsewhere on vacation or the island becomes like Haiti? (End Quote) I don’t understand , why people seem to think that every little thing that Happens in Barbados is going to scare away the Tourists, in Mexico they die there almost Daily, from Crossfie from Duelling Drug Cartels, or Robbery and Murder, In Bali, they get shot up by Terrorists, in The Dominican Republic, they die from Wood Alcohol Poisioning when the Legitimate Alcogol is exchanged for Illegal Alcohol in the Room Refrigerators, a Bajan recently got Murdered in England the day after he arrived to visit his family, i have not heard yet that anyone has refused to visit any of these Countries. As for Barbados, it is still one of the Safest places on Earth to Visit. the Tourists are using the Public Transportation service (ZR Vans, Yellow Buses, and Transport Board Busses, and you can’t get a Table on Friday or Saturday Nights at Oistin, all Tourists, idon’t even go there anymore, too Crowded.

  2. You are correct.
However Barbados is still too small an island for the negativity.
Many Barbadians living overseas wouldn’t come back there to live if you paid them.
And if the visitors are comfortable visiting who are we to say otherwise?
Many of the places you mentioned above I wouldn’t visit.
I had the opportunity to and I refused.
The world has become so ugly and scary it’s frightening.
I met many people who marveled at their visits to Barbados.
Just the other day on an Auto-train from Florida to Virginia,
a gentle was going on and on about Barbados.
I listened tentatively as he talks to my husband about his visit.
I don’t see what’s so amusing about Barbados.
Because Barbados is nothing like the Barbados I grew up in.
    And loved.
