Defending champions Tennis Centre will have the chance to become just the third club to win three successive Barbados Tennis Association (BTA) Inter-Club titles on Saturday after they booked their place in this year’s final.

Standing in their way are the unbeaten league leaders, Barbados Yacht Club, a repeat of last year’s final. Yacht Club will be looking to make amends for their narrow 49-41 defeat last time around and win their first ever BTA Inter club title.

In the semi-finals, Paragon were no match for three-time BTA Inter Club champions Tennis Centre when they succumbed to a 58-33 defeat in the first match last Saturday. Later that day, three-time losing finalists (2012, 2014 and 2023), Barbados Yacht Club brushed past Pure Tennis 60-36 to head into successive finals unbeaten.

The decider will take place on Saturday at the National Tennis Centre, Wildey, St Michael. (JC)
