Bread and bullets.
That’s what police found when they searched the vehicle in which Adrian Redman was a passenger.
Redman, of Haggatt Hall, St Michael, was in the No. 4 Supreme Court where he pleaded guilty to having a .38-calibre pistol and 14 rounds of ammunition on May 14, 2009.
He was represented by Senior Counsel Angella Mitchell-Gittens, who waived the compilation of a pre-sentencing report and asked that Redman remain on bail. Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions Alliston Seale, SC, appeared for the prosecution.
Justice Laurie-Ann Smith Bovell adjourned the matter until September 26 when she will hear submissions on sentence and mitigation. The judge allowed Redman to remain on bail until then. (HLE)
