Fogging Schedule: June 10 to 14

When the Ministry of Health and Wellness continues its fogging programme next week, emphasis will be on Christ Church and St James.

On Monday, June 10, the team will make its first stop in Christ Church where fogging will occur at Upper Carters Gap, Rollins Road, Bournes Land, Goodland Gardens, Highway U and the environs.

The following day, Tuesday, June 11, the St James districts of West Terrace Avenues 1 to 16, West Terrace Heights and surrounding districts will be sprayed.

A return to that parish on Wednesday, June 12, will see fogging at Wanstead Terrace 1 to 11 Avenues, Oxnards, Oxnards Heights and neighbouring communities.

The following day, Thursday, June 13, the Unit will spray Orange Hill, Orange Hill Development and the environs.

The fogging programme culminates on Friday, June 14, when some areas in St James will be sprayed, including Haynesville, Durants Village and surrounding districts.

Fogging takes place from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily. Householders are reminded to open their windows and doors to allow the spray to enter.

Members of the public are advised that the completion of scheduled fogging activities may be affected by events beyond the unit’s control. In such circumstances, the unit will return to communities affected in the soonest possible time. (PR/KNB)
