Police at the Black Rock Station have arrested and charged Deshawn Shaquille Harper, 30, of 1st Ave, Lower Wavell Avenue, Black Rock, St. Michael, in connection with the murder of Jermaine Babb on Friday, June 21, 2024.
Harper appeared before Magistrate Manilla Renee at the District ‘A’ Magistrates Court on Thursday, June 27, 2024.
He has been remanded to Dodds Prison and is scheduled to reappear in court on Thursday, July 25, 2024.
