Box office opens for CPL

With the 12th season of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) getting underway next month, the Barbados Royals have announced the opening of their Box Office at Kensington Oval on August 12th. 

Owned by the Royals Sports Group, the Royals will play for four matches at home and have international stars like David Miller, Quinton de Kock, Jason Holder, Maheesh Theekshana and Naveen-ul-Haq in their squad for this season.

Led by West Indies white ball captain Rovman Powell, the two time CPL winners  will open their home leg against new CPL franchise Antigua & Barbuda Falcons on September 11 at 7 pm local time.

Following this, the Royals will face last season’s runners-up, Trinbago Knight Riders, on 13th September, before taking on the defending champions, Guyana Amazon Warriors, on 14th September. The team will wrap up their home leg on 17th September with a match against St Kitts and Nevis Patriots.

Weekday games on September 11 and 17th range in price from $15 to $30 for adults and $9 to $18 for children. The weekend games on September 13 and 14th are priced for adults between $20 and $35 dollars and $12 and $21 for children. All prices are in USD.

The Barbados Royals Women will be looking to defend their Women’s Caribbean Premier League title from August 21 to 29 in Trinidad.
