Police have arrested 18-year-old Damary Akeem Daquan Nurse of Briar Hall, Kendal Hill, Christ Church, in connection with the murder of Darian Ward on August 16, 2024.
The charges against Nurse stem from a series of incidents that occurred between June and August 2024. The charges include:
- Endangering the life of Jomo Lewis on June 7, 2024
- Unlawful use of a firearm on June 7, 2024
- Criminal damage to property belonging to Jomo Lewis on June 7, 2024
- Criminal damage to property belonging to Marva Bynoe on July 21, 2024
- Criminal damage to property belonging to Loretta Anthony on July 23, 2024
- Endangering the life of Shawn Sobers on August 9, 2024
- Unlawful use of a firearm on August 9, 2024
- Endangering the life of Levonte Williams on August 16, 2024
- Unlawful use of a firearm on August 16, 2024
Nurse is scheduled to appear before Magistrate Deidre McKenna at the Oistins Magistrate Court today, Thursday, September 5, 2024.
