Man narrowly escapes injury as tree falls

A tree fell across a section of Black Rock Main Road today, making the area impassable to traffic.

The incident occurred around 10:35 a.m., and one pedestrian narrowly escaped being struck when he darted out of the way of the falling tree.

This pedestrian was walking under the tree when it crashed down, and he barely managed to scramble out of the way of getting injured. The blocked area is located just past Stanmore Crescent, heading north.

Authorities are currently on the scene and working to clear the roadway.
