Police are investigating a fatal road traffic collision that occurred in the early hours of Thursday along Maxwell Main Road, Christ Church.
The accident resulted in the death of 22-year-old Renaldo Elon Daniel of Rollins Road, Christ Church.
The collision took place at around 12:57 a.m. as Daniel was riding his motorcycle westward towards Top Rock. For reasons yet to be determined, he lost control of the motorcycle and was thrown from the vehicle.
Emergency medical services transported him to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where he was pronounced dead while receiving treatment.
Police investigations into the circumstances surrounding the accident are ongoing.
