A 40-year-old man has been found guilty of raping a then 14-year-old special needs girl.

Andre Anthony Gordon, of Apartment 2 Clifton Terrace, Bay Street, St Michael, was accused of forcing the girl to perform oral sex twice between December 17 and 22, 2017, and having sexual intercourse with her on March 12, 2018.
Last Friday, the jury in Supreme Court No. 2A found him not guilty on the first two counts, but guilty on the third.
The complainant had testified that the incident occurred one night while her mother went to the gas station to buy bread. She said Gordon entered her room wearing only a towel, had sex with her and warned her not to tell her mother. (SD)
