NEW YORK – Rihanna stole the show upon her arrival at the starstudded 2024 Footwear News Achievement Awards in New York City on Wednesday night.

The nine-time Grammy Award winner, 36, wowed in a plunging white collared gown with a daring slit up the front of the frock, along with sky-high wrap heels that wound up her calves.

The glamorous billionaire was joined by her rapper boyfriend A$AP Rocky, 35, at the annual event which has been around for nearly 40 years. It is often called the Shoe Oscars and celebrates the hitmakers, style stars, brand stories, philanthropists, emerging talents and industry veterans. Rihanna

looked smitten with her longtime boyfriend as they held on to one another while sharing a laugh ahead of the ceremony. A$AP Rocky

kept it casual-cool for the starry night in a black bomber jacket with a shearling collar and skinny black trousers.

The couple, who have been together since January 2020 and have two sons, were seen whispering in each others ears and laughing continuously.

They posed for photos with Puma’s chief executive officer Freundt.

Footwear collection

Rihanna has a long-standing working relationship with Puma.

She first partnered with the German brand in 2014 for a Fenty x Puma footwear collection. She also became a global ambassador and creative director.

The first collaboration between Puma and Rihanna ended in 2018 but it was revived in 2023 as they launched a brand new Fenty x Puma line.

Meanwhile, Rihanna watched on and proudly filmed on her phone as A$AP and Puma were honoured with the Collaboration Of The Year Award after they teamed up in 2023 when he was named creative director of the brand’s F1 line.

The Umbrella hitmaker was later spotted congratulating 83-year-old businesswoman Martha Stewart after she received the Icon Award. (Mail Online)
