Police seek public’s help in locating missing teen

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Hailey Naomi Taliah Howard of Alexandria, St. Lucy, who has been reported missing.

Hailey was last seen by her mother, Tameisha Howard, around 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 4. She is approximately five feet five inches tall, slim built, with a brown complexion. Hailey has natural black hair, with the back bleached in a blonde colour.

She is identifiable by a piercing on each earlobe, one on her left nostril, a tattoo on her right ankle and the word “Hailey” tattooed on the upper right side of her thigh. She also has a scar on her left hand. Her clothing at the time she went missing is unknown.

Anyone who knows Hailey’s whereabouts is urged to contact the District ‘E’ Police Station at 419-1730, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477), or the nearest police station.
