A new spirit of inclusion and participation is being fostered among all players operating at the Grantley Adams International Airport (GAIA) and it is motivating operations manager Pietrick Voyer to get on with the job.

Two years ago, he took up the Barbados appointment, a new position created by the Government and has been applying knowledge and expertise gleaned from vast experience doing the same job for some of the world’s largest airports. His remarkable performance in the area of airport operations processes recently won him the prestigious “Airport Leader Of The Future” award at the International Airport Summit 2024.

The accolade recognised his “visionary leadership, innovation, and commitment to excellence in airport operations”. (Video by Reco Moore)
