Police have confirmed that Kemal Ricardo Haynes, 25, of Bagatelle, St. Thomas, is now in custody.
Haynes, who was the subject of a “Wanted Man” bulletin issued earlier on Wednesday, January 8, in connection with serious criminal matters, surrendered to authorities later that same day.
He is currently assisting police with their investigations.
The TBPS expressed gratitude to the public and the media for their cooperation and assistance in this matter.
