John Esteban Hernandez was not required to plead when he appeared before Magistrate Deidre McKenna in the Oistins Magistrates Court, Oistins, Christ Church, earlier today.
Hernandez was charged with the murder of his uncle Pedro Benicio. The incident occurred on January 14 at their Maxwell, Christ Church residence and the latter died two days later.
Both of them were here working in the construction sector.
The accused was remanded to Dodds Prison until March 20. (SAT)
