Police searching for armed and dangerous man

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Deron Akoya Daisley, also known as ‘Yank’ who is wanted for questioning in connection with serious criminal matters.

Daisley’s last known address is 1st Avenue Martinique Road, Government Hill, St Michael. He is described as being five feet six inches tall, of slim build, and dark complexion.

Police have advised Daisley to surrender to the Serious Organized Crime Unit at the District ‘E’ Police Station in Speightstown, St Peter, accompanied by an attorney-at-law of his choice.

Anyone with information on Daisley’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Serious Organized Crime Unit at District ‘A’ Police Station at 419-1730/1731, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477, or the nearest police station.

Daisley is considered armed and dangerous. The public is reminded that harbouring or assisting wanted persons is a serious offence and may lead to prosecution.
