One man is said to be in stable condition after being shot during a robbery at Apple Hall, St Philip last night.

The 53-year-old man, who works at a food business in the area, was shot in the abdomen after an unknown quantity of money had already been handed over.

A relative of the operator told Nation News, there was chaos after the lone shot, and people were panicking, running around and screaming.

Two ten-year-old girls were present when the incident occurred and were receiving counselling.  (Nation News)
