The police have charged Jamaal Roberto Moseley, 36, of Valley Ridge, Cane Vale, Christ Church, with the possession of a firearm. He was arrested at his residence on March 1.

In addition to the firearm charge, Moseley was also charged with possession of 20 rounds of ammunition.
He appeared before Magistrate Joy-Ann Clarke in the District ‘C’ Magistrates’ Court on Monday where he was not required to plead.
Moseley has been remanded to Dodds Prison, and his case has been transferred to the Oistins Magistrates’ Court. He is scheduled to reappear on March 17.
