A section of the road between the Norman Niles Roundabout and Barkers Road along The Belle has been closed following a mass casualty incident resulting from a collision.
Authorities are advising motorists and pedestrians to avoid the area until further notice, as emergency services respond to the scene.
Police officers are on the ground directing traffic.
