Man charged with murder of Derricko St Hill

Police have arrested and formally charged Aaron Theodore Straughn, 25, of Jones Land, Villa Road, Brittons Hill, St Michael, in connection with the murder of Derricko St Hill, which occurred on March 11, 2025.

The charge was laid by officers from the Criminal Investigations Department of The Barbados Police Service (Hastings/Worthing), following investigations into the fatal incident.

Straughn appeared before Magistrate Allison Burke at the District ‘A’ Traffic Court on Friday, March 21, where he was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison Dodds.

He is scheduled to reappear in court on April 17, 2025.
