Members of the media, sponsors and other stakeholders got a first-hand look at Aura Experience’s 2025 Grand Kadooment costumes last Sunday.
While the majority of the premium, all-inclusive band’s costumes were launched virtually, several of their frontline and individual pieces were paraded during a pool party at Vale View Manor in Kirtons, St Philip.
Their theme for Grand Kadooment is Terra Infinita: Beyond The Ice Wall featuring the sections Frost, Valkyrie, Asgard, Scorched Lands, Geminia and Atlantis.
Lauren Austin, Alejandro Gomez and Shawn Dhanraj designed the costumes.
Aura’s general manager Rondell Jones said they launched a few weeks earlier than they did last year and are hoping to attract around 2 000 masqueraders.
The band reintroduced Neon Carnival J’ouvert and the post- Kadooment SOS cruise. (TG)
