US top diplomat Rubio to visit Jamaica, Guyana and Suriname this week

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio will visit Jamaica, Guyana and Suriname on March 26-27, a State Department spokesperson told reporters on Monday.

During the visit, Rubio will discuss bilateral ties with Caribbean countries and attempts to counter illegal immigration and crime, the State Department added. (Reuters)
