Man injured in shooting incident at Black Rock

Update – Police responded to a report of a man being shot at Parkinson Road, Grazettes, St Michael, around 4:30 p.m. today.

On arrival, it was revealed that the victim had been standing outside his residence with several others when two masked men approached and discharged a number of gunshots, injuring him in the process.

He was transported for urgent medical attention in a private vehicle.

Investigations are ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Black Rock Police Station at 417-7500 or 417-7501, Police Emergency at 211, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477.
