Within ten minutes, one man was killed and another wounded yesterday during two separate shootings in two St Michael districts.

This was after another shooting the night before in Regent Hill, The Pine, St Michael, left some residents fuming about the continuous gunfire in their district.

At about 4:20 p.m., 21-year-old Omari Jordan was shot at 8th Avenue, The Ivy, and died at the scene. He was socialising outside a house when two masked men approached and started firing.

Around 4:30 p.m., one man was shot and injured at Parkinson Road, Fairfield. He was transported to hospital for treatment.
