Victim in Haynesville shooting identified

The victim in the fatal shooting that occurred in Haynesville, St James on Wednesday night has been identified as 25-year-old Terrelle Rogers of Haynesville.

The incident took place around 9:35 p.m. near the junction of Hartland Road and Central Close. According to reports, Rogers was liming in the area when several gunshots were discharged. He was struck and collapsed at the scene.

Rogers was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by private vehicle, where he later succumbed to his injuries. His identity was confirmed by a family member.
