Beverley Cassandra Smith, 63, and Ruthley Ayodele Williams, 27, of Lot 474, #6 Crystal Crescent, Kingsland Terrace, Christ Church, were granted bail when they appeared in the Oistins Magistrates’ Court earlier today.

The pair appeared before Magistrate Deidre McKenna on indictable matters and were not required to plead.
Both were granted bail in the sum of $80,000 each and are scheduled to reappear in court on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.
As part of their bail conditions, Smith and Williams must report to the Oistins Police Station every Monday before 12 p.m., and surrender all travel documents.
