BCSI announces new board following Annual General Meeting

The Barbados Coalition of Service Industries Inc. (BCSI) has announced the election of a new Board of Directors following its Annual General Meeting held on June 30, 2025.

The meeting took place at the BCSI Secretariat, located at Building #2, Suite 1A, Manor Lodge Complex, Lodge Hill, St Michael, where members gathered to vote on leadership positions for the upcoming term.

Elected as President is George Thomas of 3Cs – Caribbean Creative Cluster. He will be supported by Vice President Lynn Rollins of the Caribbean Institute of Management Consultants (CIMC), Treasurer David Simpson of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB), and Secretary Deanzer Roberts of the Barbados Association of Journalists and Media Workers (BARJAM).

Also appointed to the board as directors are Wendell Cumberbatch of the Human Resource Management Association of Barbados (HRMAB), Sherry Best of the Barbados Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (BARAIFA), John Snagg of Caribbean Economic Developers Inc. (CEDI), Arthur Ramsay of the Barbados Estate Agents and Valuers Association (BEAVA), and Barry Knight of the Barbados Association of Creatives and Artistes (BACA).

The coalition noted that the names of ex-officio members will be announced at a later date. (PR)
