More guns destroyed

The Barbados Police Service destroyed 153 weapons at Central Police Station, The City, this morning, the second such exercise for 2025.

Public affairs and communications officer inspector Ryan Brathwaite said these weapons were seized during operations or from adjudicated cases and ranged in calibre from .22 to AK-47.

He said some were home made and others were referred to as “ghost firearms made with a 3D printer”.
