The man shot dead on Saturday at Country Park Towers, Country Road, St Michael, has been identified by police as 26-year-old Jaire Tyrek “Jah” Quintyne, of 2nd Avenue, Alleyne’s Lane, Passage Road, also in St Michael.
Quintyne and another man were walking in the area between two blocks of apartments about 7:15 a.m. when a series of gunshots was discharged, injuring them. He was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in a private vehicle, where he succumbed to his injuries.
