An opportunity to play at the historic Kensington Oval from August 19 to 21 awaits the winners of this year’s semi-finals in the 2025 Student Revolving Fund/BCA Schools’ Under-15 Cricket Competition.

Today’s semi-final clashes will see 2024 runners-up Milo Lodge School facing Christ Church Foundation School at the Wanderers Cricket Ground, while defending champions Nicholls Baking Combermere take on Harrison College at Lears Cricket Venue. Both matches are scheduled to bowl off at 11:30 a.m.

All four teams head into their semi-final match-ups in strong form, following solid performances in the fifth and final round of group-stage fixtures.

In Zone A, Alexandra played to a draw against Combermere at Waterford A. Alexandra posted 93 before an impressive bowling effort saw them dismiss the two-time defending champions for just 79.

Over in Zone B at Blackmans, Milo Lodge cruised to an emphatic innings and 70-run victory over Marks Auto Spares I-Rent Caribbean Grantley Adams. Lodge declared on 153 for 9 before skittling their opponents for 33 and 50 in their two innings.

Meanwhile, in Zone C at Ashton Hall, Harrison College also played out a draw with Coleridge & Parry. The boys from Crumpton Street amassed 264 for 6 in the first innings and bowled out their opponents for 164, but closed on 95 for 7 in their second innings without forcing a result.

Combermere, who are chasing a third consecutive title, lifted the trophy in both 2023 and 2024, with last year’s triumph marking their 12th Under-15 championship win overall.
