Man charged with two counts of murder among other offences

Update: Kiron Darren Price-Walthrust, 24, of Brownes Gap, Sargeant Village, Christ Church, was remanded to Dodds after appearing before Magistrate Burke in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court today.

The accused, who is facing two counts of murder, several counts of endangering life, and multiple firearm-related offences, pleaded guilty only to a criminal damage charge linked to the Hastings/Worthings matter. He was not required to plead to the other charges at this stage.

Price-Walthrust is set to reappear in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court on Wednesday, 10th September 2025.

Meanwhile, the District ‘C’ and Oistins matters were transferred to the Oistins Magistrates’ Court for hearing on Thursday, 28th August 2025.

Kiron Darren Price-Walthrust, 24, of Brownes Gap, Sargeant Village, Christ Church, appeared before Magistrate Burke in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court on Monday, 25th August 2025.

He pleaded guilty to the Hastings/Worthings matter but was not required to enter pleas to the multiple other charges, including two counts of murder, firearm offences, and endangering life.

Price-Walthrust was remanded to the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds) and is scheduled to reappear in court on Wednesday, 10th September 2025.
