In a couple of hours these seats will be filled and the grounds flooded with the CARIFESTA XV delegations, performers, officials, and patrons for the closing ceremony.
The ambitious ten-day cultural spectacle culminates today with a parade of the various delegations into the Richard Stoute Amphitheatre,Waterford, St Michael.
There will also be speeches by Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley and various officials. The free event will showcase performances from Steel Pulse, The Arturo Tappin Band, Taurus Riley, Yung Bredda and local acts such as Nikita, Mikey and more. (NS)
