Students of Wesley Hall Junior School will start the 2025/26 academic year at temporary sites, as refurbishment works at the school are being accelerated.

The Ministry of Educational Transformation said the school was originally scheduled for major repairs in January 2026, but following consultations with the principal and staff, it was agreed to bring the works forward to the first term.

To minimise disruption, Classes 1 and 2 will be accommodated at the YMCA, while Classes 3 and 4 will be housed at the Whitepark Wesleyan Holiness Church.

The Ministry noted that 45 schools were successfully refurbished under this year’s summer repair programme, and said it deeply appreciates the cooperation and understanding of teachers, support staff and parents during this transitional period.

Students and staff are expected to return to a revitalised Wesley Hall facility in Term 2.
