Police appeal for help in finding missing teen

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Ciara Tianna Cadogan, of #38 Sundial Circle, Manderley Gardens, St. Philip, who has been reported missing.

Cadogan was last seen on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. She is about five feet five inches tall, of slim build, with a light brown complexion and square shoulders. She has an oval face, brown eyes, a flat chin, long neck, and thick lips. Both ears are pierced twice.

Her hair is black, worn in a low-cut pixie style. She is described as soft-spoken, pleasant, and walking with an erect posture.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the District ‘C’ Police Station at 416-8200 or 416-8201, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477), or the nearest police station.
