The Barbados Police Service is requesting the assistance of the public in locating 62-year-old Lennox Andy Dowell of #140 Millennium Heights, Welches, St Thomas, who has been reported missing.
Dowell was last seen around 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, 2nd October 2025. He is described as being six feet two inches tall, of slim build and light brown complexion, with square shoulders. He has an oblong head, low haircut with black hair, bushy eyebrows, brown eyes, a small pointed nose, big pointed ears, and a small mouth with thin lips.
He is clean-shaven, with a thin neck, walks with an erect appearance, and speaks with a Bajan accent. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a blue T-shirt and long blue jeans; his footwear is unknown. Police noted that Dowell has been diagnosed with schizophrenia.
