The Barbados Police Service has arrested and formally charged 33-year-old Jeffrey David Yearwood of Hothersal Turning, St Michael, with indecent assault.

The charge relates to an incident reported on August 7, 2026.
Yearwood appeared before Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick in District ‘A’ Criminal Court No. 1 today, Thursday, August 13.
He pleaded guilty to the charge and was remanded to the Barbados Prison Service at Dodds.
Yearwood is scheduled to reappear for sentencing on Thursday, September 10.
