She broke it and now Tiffany Cherise Shari Joseph is paying for it – the windshield of her neighbour’s car, that is.
And she has until the end of September to do so or she will spend a week in prison.
Joseph, 29, of Chapman Village, St Thomas, was back in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court yesterday where she had previously pleaded guilty to damaging a motor van, belonging to Michael Branch, on July 24, this year.
Yesterday, prosecutor Sergeant Kenmore Phillips, who outlined the facts, said the two lived in the same neighbourhood and eventually started a relationship.
Around 8 p.m. on the day of the incident, Joseph, the complainant and the complainant’s daughter were in the complainant’s car when an argument began.
