Accused Kedar Holloway yesterday declared he was not the one who robbed a Surepay cashier in December 2013.

However, he admitted signing oral and written statements but said he did so because he could not withstand the beating he got while in police custody.

Holloway took the stand when his trial continued in the No. 2 Supreme Court.

“On that said day, I am not the man that claims were made about stating that I robbed Surepay at Black Rock,” he testified. “I did not enter the Surepay with a gun, helmet nor mask. I did not enter the Surepay, period. I had no reason to be there.” (HLE)
