The outpatient’s clinics of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) and the Pharmacy Department will be closed on Monday, January 4, and Tuesday, January 5.

This closure does not include patients scheduled for dialysis treatments at the hospital’s Artificial Kidney Unit, or those receiving lifesaving therapies at the Clara Brathwaite Centre for Oncology and Nuclear Medicine.

A statement from the QEH said people affected by the unexpected closure of the outpatient’s clinics are asked to contact the Medical Records Department at 436-6450, extensions 6120, 6190, 6339 and 6182 to facilitate the rescheduling of appointments.

Similarly, those with queries or who may be without medication are asked to call the QEH Help Desk at 536-4800 for assistance.

The QEH regrets any inconvenience caused. (QEH)
