Premier Sharlene Robinson made the announcement during a campaign rally held by her People’s Democratic Movement (PDM) in the island capital of Grand Turk, on Saturday.

Nomination Day will be on January 29.

Elections were last held in this British Overseas Territory on December 15, 2016, when Robinson led the PDM to a 10-5 victory over the Progressive National Party (PNP) and became the country’s first female leader. (TCI Sun)
