Transport Authority staff tested after worker gets positive COVID-19 result

The Transport Authority announced late on Thursday that a member of its administrative staff tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19). As a result, the entire staff of the Authority has been tested for the viral illness.

“In order to safely serve its valued customers, arrangements have been made for the Constitution River Terminal to remain open,” the Authority said in a statement.

“All PSVs using the terminal will continue to be sanitised after each trip, as per usual.

“The Transport Authority thanks the travelling public for their understanding and cooperation during this period, as it ensures that their health and safety is not compromised in any manner.” (PR)
